Từ những thân gỗ bồ đề xù xì sau rất nhiều công đoạn đã cho ra thành phẩm là những bộ mành rèm hạt gỗ theo phong thủy được khách hàng trong nước cũng như quốc tế tin dùng ! Để có được bộ rèm mành gỗ đẹp và thẩm mỹ, trang trọng và lịch sự từ gỗ, những khúc gỗ bồ đề được chết biến thành sản phẩm có giá trị nhờ những đôi bàn tay khéo léo, tài hoa của người thợ thủ công qua nhiều công đoạn khác nhau

Công đoạn thứ nhất : Xử lý hạt thô
- Những khúc gỗ bồ đề được khai thác và xẻ ra thành những phần nhỏ hơn, sau đó định vị hạt, khoét hạt và đập hạt thoát khỏi bánh gỗ.
- Đánh bóng hạt gỗ bồ đề để hạt trơn, nhẵn
- Sấy khô hạt sau đó tẩm sấy chống mối mọt ẩm mốc
- Sơn PU tạo màu cho hạt và chống bám bụi
Công đoạn thứ 2 : Xâu mành
- Xác định kích thước mành và cắt thanh
- Khoan định vị lỗ để xâu dây
- Vào hạt và TẠO HÌNH, đây là công đoạn khó nhất
- Buộc dây, chốt keo và hoàn thành bộ mành.
